Are you better off being an optimist (perhaps a Pollyanna) or is it better to be a realist (grounded in reality) as far as your health and wellbeing are concerned? Explain.
Being optimistic is good for emotional well-being. However there is difference between healthy optimism and polyanna. Sometimes, optimism can amplify already existing problems. Real problems and issues that needs to be addressed are overlooked if a person always looks for brighter side of things.
In addition, an overly optimistic person might affect other's emotions too. Friends, colleagues or those who surround the person in their daily life might find it difficult to express anger, pain, or anxiety. They feel guilty for harboring negative feelings. This in turn affects the relationships of the optimistic person.
Further, being realistic, prepare one's mind to face the good or bad consequences. The neuronal cells work properly and thoughts are processed to get onto the solution. Thus, the brain is prepared to face challenges and there will be improvement in thought process. With incessant practise of grooming brain cells, there is a high chance to discourage false hopes, and encourage steady and smart work during unexpected consequences.
So, I would prefer being realistic for good.

PLEASE SUMMARIZE AND PARAPHRASE AND EXPLAIN IN A BETTER MANNER THE FOLLOWING: (thank you) Inverter: The non-inverting input terminalis grounded and the inverting terminal is available for connection with a voltage source and aresister. Because this is a linear Op-Amp, there is also a feedback path connection between the output terminal and the inverting input terminal. The mathematical relationship of the constructed Op-Amp is: Vo= -(R2/R1)V Summing Inverter: The summinginverter, like all linear Op-Amps, has a feedback connection between the...
