Clearly the frequencies are starting from lower value 1 and increasing in a constant rate upto a highest frequency of 14 and then again decreasing in the same rate to the lower frequency of 1.

If we draw a bar diagram with the frequency we will get

14 1.

Which shows that the distribution is approximately symmetric.

So the correct option is  A
