  • Here, combined Name and Phone_no attributes of the Student entity will act as the COMPOSITE Primary Key. In some cases Phone number is considered as multi-valued attribute but since it is not mentioned in your question I considered it as a single-valued attribute hence it is acting as a part of composite primary key.
  • Activity and No_of_Years attributes are acting as attributes of the multi-valued attribute(Activity_History) of the entity Student because every student has an activity in which he/she participated along with the no of years of engagement.
