Answer #1
  • Step of ELISA are given below:
  1. Antibody coating specific capture antibody is immobilized on a high protein binding plate by overnight incubation. Plates are blocked with irreverent protein.
  2. Next step is protein capture sample dilutions and standard illusions are added to the Wells and will be captured by the bound antibodies.
  3. Detection antibodies specific biotinylated detected antibodies are added to the well how to enable detection of the captured protein.
  4. Streptavidin-enzyme conjugate with Alkaline phosphatase or Horseradish peroxidease is added to the Wells and will bind to the biotinylated antibodies.
  5. Addition of substrate calorimetric substrate is added to the Wells and will form Om a coloured solution when catalyzed by the enzyme.
  6. Analysis absorbance is measured in an ELISA reader and the amount of protein in the sample is determined.
