It is best to use close supervision than to give autonomy to the Millenials because millennials are lacking the concentration required to do a complex job, are impatient, they are more likely to maintain a work-life balance, career advancement and are unlikely to stay or work for a single company for a long time. Hence, it is highly unlikely, managers will be willing to give control on to the millennials because of their unpredictable nature and lack of proper dedication and whimsical attitude.
