Answer: Hypoxia is nothing but the environment contains low levels of oxygen. Generally water contains 2mg of Oxygen/Litre. Even though Aquatic aerobic organismas and small creatures lives in deep shallow waters happily.This can be done by Sewage treatment and also by reducing the fertilizers reaching into rivers. If it reaches the SATURATION POINT, the aquatic organisms will die.
