The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) was formed in the year 2005 is known for it's ranking lists of world's best outsourcing companies. Every year IAOP announce a list of 100 best outsourcing companies worldwide.

a) There are some criteria which are used to rank the companies. The five criterias are :-

  1. Size and growth - The size of the companies which determine the outsourcing capability.
  2. Customer references - Reference from the customers are given based on their satisfaction towards the service.
  3. Awards and certifications - Awards also determines whether the company is doing well or not.
  4. Programs of innovation - It can determine if the company is trying to grow it's business in different ways so to differentiate ownself.
  5. Corporate social responsibility - Social responsibility towards a company also determines whether a company aims towards sustainable growth of the society.

b) Top 10 companies which came in the list of IAOP 2018 global outsourcing are -

1) Accenture - The company has fulfilled all the five criterias and thus remain in the top most position.

2) Aegis Limited - The company has achieved all the criteria level except customer references.

3) CGI - The company has not achieved the corporate social responsibility and fulfilled remaining characteristics.

4) Alorica - Like Accenture, this company too has received five stars because it fulfilled all the criteria.

5) Cushman & Wakefield - This company too has has received five stars as it fulfilled all the characteristics of IAOP.

6) HCL Technologies Limited - The outsourcing company has fulfilled all the characteristics to be one in the top list.

7) ITC infotech - The company has got four stars based on it's ability as it didn't met the level of size and growth.

8) NTT DATA Service - Got five stars as it showed all the characteristics of IAOP.

9) VirtusaPolaris - Got five stars from IAOP because of its capability to fulfill all the criteria.

10) Newmark Knight Frank - Fulfilled all the given criteria of IAOP and thus got five stars.

The above mentioned are some of the top companies for outsourcing.
