F = 1075 x 9.8 Sin17.5

F = 3168 N

work done = F d = 3168 x 330 = 1.1 x 106 J

b)

from the force diagram

F = mg Sin17.5 + \mumg cos17.5

F = 1075 x 9.8 Sin17.5 + (0.2) (1075 x 9.8) Cos17.5

F = 5177.42 N

work done = F d = 5177.42 x 330 = 1.71 x 106 J
