Yes, I have participated in the social campaign such as share a coke and it really induced a more social and sensitive buying behavior in me. Due to the advent of social marketing concepts, a number of business organizations are having many social welfare programs nowadays and these are intended towards the welfare of the society by contributing a certain portion of their profit for social causes or helping the deprived section of the society.
Recently I was involved in such a plan and it really induced a more societal view while buying the products. Now, I always look for those products and brands which are involved in these kinds of initiatives as it fulfills some degree of social responsibility which each person has.
