Ungrouped Data Set

  1. Order the data set and determine the mean, median and mode.

Grouped Data Set

  1. Calculate the bin width that will divide the data into 5 intervals. Show your calculations in a Word or WordPerfect document.

  2. Complete the frequency distribution table using the bin width calculated in question 1 and copy it into a Word or WordPerfect document.

  3. Produce a histogram of the data set using Fathom or by hand and copy and paste it into the Word or Word Perfect Document.

  4. Determine the mean interval, median interval and modal interval for grouped data.

  5. Discuss the difference between the values for central tendency obtained for the ungrouped versus the grouped data set. In particular, compare the mode and the modal interval—which is a better measurement?

I really need help answering these questions! Please help Graph the frequency distribution as a histogram graph. Use StatDisk to draw the graph. Describe the histogram and choose one of the measures of central tendency to interpret this data set. Carry all calculations and the answer to 4 decimal places unless otherwise noted. For example, the number "123.0000" has been carried and reported to 4 decimal places. (Yes, trailing zeros count.) The county library staff has recorded the number of...
