Your goal of this assignment is to create a mini shopping page with a form and math calculations. Your web page should capture the users First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code. It should ask them how many items they wish to buy. It should present them with a list of at least 3 items with different prices - they need to pick one. It will then alert them to what their customer information (name and address) is, how much each item was, and how much the total is (shipping and tax not included and you don't need to tell them the actual item they purchased).
Your website and output should look like the graphics at the end of the assignment page.
Your index page should at least have the following characteristics:
1. Your name and the course number
2. All key HTML tags as discussed in Week 1
3. An external style sheet used to set all styles for your assignment.
a. Minimum requirement to change fonts and colors beyond defaults
4. All style and image files must be in their own dedicated folders.
