Arguments are very important to make people understand the seriousness of a case and hence oral arguments must always be encouraged. However some attorneys avoid these oral arguments and prefer to waive them because of the pressure they might bring or that conflicts or misunderstandings might arise .. But oral arguments are very important and attorneys must encourage them instead of waiving them.
