Why is translation such a burden for the cell?
The cost of translation is higher and is coordinated with intra and extra cellular conditions. This will ensure that the required protein is produced. Making proteins consumes cellular resources by using energy and nutrients as building blocks. It will also use cellular machineries such as ribosomes, polymerases, or chaperones whose availability are limited. Majority of cellular GTP pool is used for amino acid polymerization and very little is allocated for transcription and other process. Also over expression of any gene segment will limit tge cell growth rates.
In the in vitro translation system, is it possible for bacterial cell components used in translation such as Ribsomes, tRNA, and aminos acids, to be used with the addition of eukaryotic mRNA to produce a protein? Explain it in as clear terms as possible.

1. How important are noncommunicable diseases to the global burden of disease? Why? 2. Why are noncommunicable diseases less important to the burden of disease in sub Saharan Africa than any other regions?
Assuming transcription and translation are taking place simultaneously, is the cell below a eukaryotic or prokaryotic cell? Please explain your answer. RNA polymerase DNA Ribosome Transcription Polypeptide- Translation MRNA
Explain why the excess burden of a lump-sum tax will always be zero. Why is the payroll tax not a lump-sum tax? Show how a payroll tax affects the wages paid by employers and received by workers, assuming that it is withheld from their paychecks. Assuming that the supply of labor is not perfectly inelastic, show how the excess burden can be measured.
