Situation: You are in charge of rolling out a global accounting software package to 500 sites in multiple languages. What steps would you take to decide what should be listed in your risk assessment?

Before entering Global business worldwide, one should do their homework to integrate all the levels within the organization including each employee to support the international team virtually.

The following steps we should take to decide the listing in risk assessment-

1. Firstly, we need to ascertain and identify the business plan clearly and transparent to all employees affected.
2. We need to settle on our budget for investment in international market
3. To be able to serve in multiple languages, build a site that can connect you sensibly and effectively
4. We need to understand the accounting standards and norms which is practise in those countries for better devolving and upgrading of the software accordingly.
5. Market research is very crucial for the target market and business involved in there.
6. We need to hire a knowledgeable and experienced accountant and a lawyer to conduct a due diligence for us and to let us know if any modification required in our predicted software
7. Once we understand the market and existing norms and standard market, we will be able to check what all possible risk exists there.
8. Like, the risk of data loss, hijack of data or viruses accompanied or any loss of confidential data laws and penalties.
9. Check whether the price set up by you matches the target market industry rate and whether the target businesses could ready to spend on this.
10. Need to train the employees on software so that they can help the business managers in implementation of the same after sales.
11. Understand the legal, political, social and organization culture to which they operate.
12. Once we identify the risk, we can give rates in accordance the probability of their occurrence

Last stage covers the risk evaluation and control management which the organization needs to access keeping in mind the target countries.
