15. cDNA library consists of restriction fragments of DNA from a given organism inserted into plasmid and amplifies in a bacterial colony.

16. cDNA or complimentary DNA are products of reverse transcription reaction inserted into the plasmid and amplified in a bacterial colony. Reverse transcription is the process by which, DNA molecule is synthesized using a RNA molecule, which acts as a temolate.
