1. Ishikawa diagram or fishbone diagram: this tool is also known as causes and effects diagram however when plotted the diagram it looks like fish bone that's why this tool was named as fishbone model.
2. Pareto analysis tool.
3. Histogram tool.
4. Control charting tool.
5. Scatter diagram tool
6. Flow charting i.e. graphs and check sheets
7. Statistical sampling or run charts.
