Let me consider a real example, here, Organization is John Deere, this Organization is leader for manufacturing and delivery services of Heavy machinery equipments and agriculture related Equipments, here, let me set two examples as stated below:

• Organization working on part cutting here, Materials are usually Mild steel, High Tensile steel, this kind of parts can be cut using Oxy fuel cutting and Plasma cutting, now, to cut such material, It may include many things as a consequences like unsafe operations may be caused, parts related defect can come, accidents may happen, machine error can also be happened, so, for effective part cutting, organization has implemented three types of standing plans, those are policies, procedures and regulations, here, policies can include the strategies behind the parts cutting, procedures can include guidelines to cut various ranges of parts and regulations that can be like legal and Internal compliances and laws that to be followed.
• Again let me consider another example, where, organization has to train various employees that training will include both behavioral training and technical training, here, organization has set the goal to achieve the entire training objective and realization of such training case in to the benefits management of organization, here, organization has to consider three types of standing plans, here, they need to implement policies, procedures and regulations to support that activities.
