What specific steps would you follow to attempt to unionize these employees? At what stage(s) of the unionization process would you anticipate major difficulties? Why? What would you do to try to overcome those challenges?

Basically, the union of employee is required where a group of people having mutual interest collectively grouped together in order voice their issue or ask for the demand. As it is seen that every human share a certain relationship at their workplace with his fellow workers so union is natural.

The union of employee have various advantages:

1. wages hike
2. can ask for job security
3. they have freedom of expressing themselves if they are unsatisfied from the administration

So, In order to pass their query or dissatisfaction a union member is elected by a group of people in the organization. He is responsible to coordinate with every individual and make sure that each one is satisfied with the working condition of the workplace. A union organizer must have excellent communication skills and should be enthusiastic and motivated.

Being as a union organizer, I would make sure that every individual is having their union member rights i.e. basic benefits, right to health benefit, right to assemble, and right to perform collective bargaining for new rights. It is necessary to enforce new rules for the workplace in the organization and keep updated with the new work condition. As workplace plays a crucial part in enhancing the employee working and make them more productive.

At some point, the union organizer can take risk for the employee rights by conducting rallies or strike event.

Before being a union organizer, One must make sure that he/she should be trustworthy. Trust is the pillar which help in binding the union employee. Trust can be achieved with time and emotional attachment which is quite challenging in the unionization process. Secondly, when you are union organizer, the expectations are high which can be another difficulty if he/she fail to satisfy his union member.

In order to overcome those challenges, I'll make sure that no one have trust issues with eachother in the group of organization. Secondly, in the case of expectation, before proceeding to senior organization I'll discuss with the union member related the issues and ask the upper organization to resolve the issue, if they to do so them, i'll make sure to find some another alternative.
