I am familiar with many comapny but the most i like is Amazon.

Amazon actually uses the organizational structure methods for perfection. Organization structure can be categorized in following ways:

1. Hierarchical Organisation Structure
2. Flat Organisation Structure
3. Tall Organisation Structure
4. Matrix Organisation Structure

Centralized and Decentralized structure is just referred as the central point of organizations, these all phenomenon can be understand by the study of organisations and behaviour, centralisation depends on the organisations, what they are going to serve.

Here they focus on “services” for business agenda only it is not connected with the organisation structure as services is part of their business and marketing strategy to grow business. Based on their “services” they can customise orientation of managing resources in better way.
