3. Based on the specifics in question 2, develop an organization chart. Please draw the organizational chart either using Microsoft Word or other appropriate applications. Each position in the chart will perform a specific task or is responsible for a certain outcome.

a. To understand the client's printing and copying needs

b. to select the copier and printing machines that matches to the client's need.

c. to have a courteous staff that provides quality service in the timely manner.

d. to take up customer's complaints and feedback if any.

e. to continuously monitor the changing needs of clients and make changes in the system to match those needs.

f. to promote the shop so as to attract more clients.

g. to control the cost so as to maximize profit.
