type of marketing: it focus on direct marketing only. the people who are the representatives of this firm visit different locations on occassionally, give small food samples in the market, get feedback from the customers and offer the product in the market. They have few sales teams, which deals with supermarkets and retailers, and supply these items to them.

They do not have any other indirect advertising like Television advertisements, paper ads, radio ads etc. They only focus on quality of the item and just serve it to the customers with reasonable prices. They only focus on vegetarian food items, divided total food items into segments, each segment is targeted one kind of customers. Here the segmentation is like the regular food items like pickles, powders etc, the occassional food items like food supply to parties on orders, special dishes on festivals and so on.

they do not have any web or social media information, where i am the regular customer for the last four years and here i am providing the same.
