The minor defects are so small that it is insignificant to the overall function of the product. For example, a scratch on the lid of an Powdered Milk Energy Drink Bottle. The scratch is such a minor defect that the buyer may not even bother to return it back to the seller. In case of the Major defects, there could be an adverse effect upon the performance of the Product. For example, the missing or breaking of the inner seal of the Powdered Milk Energy Drink Bottle may make it unsafe for the consumption owing to the possible chances of contamination while in the distribution process. This may result into the return of the product. The last form of defect is that of critical defect.
