Observed voltage = 0.039    

Resistance = R = the value is not given if You know the value please substitute the value here

calculated voltage / observed voltage   = 1.61

calculated voltage / 0.039 = 1.61

calculated voltage = 1.61 x 0.039 = 0.06279 v

Voltage after adding 10 drops 6M   NH3

1.61 - 0.229 = 1.381 V
