Nope. By following the above sequence of reaction you will not have the product.

first reagent mentioned is used for the oxidation of alcohol to aldehyde/acids and then following reagents used are of no use.

From my point of view I would go with following retrosynthesis

он Rubottom oxidation So the synthesis squence will be 1) Rubottom oxidation of cyclohexanone 2) etherification 2) grignard r

you can have other routes of  retrosynthesis.
