so at each polarizer lose cos(dtheta)^2

so

cos(theta)^2*cos(50 degrees)^2 = 0.2

cos theta = sqrt(0.2)/cos(50 degrees)=0.6957

theta = arcos(0.6957)=45.92 degrees
