1. Discuss the Problems associated with the PageRank Algorithm
Answer)
PageRank is an algorithm which is used by Google to rank the
website in their search engine result. The algorithm was named
after Larry Page. PageRank counts the number and quality of links
to a page and determines with a rough estimate that how important
the website actually is, while it considers that the important
websites are to receive more links from other websites. There are
some problems associated with the PageRank algorithm such as:
a) Disconnected webs and websites where the PageRank is likely to
suffer when no links from other websites are going into the
website.
b) Dangling nodes i.e. vertex or nodes with out-degree zero, where
there are no outgoing links. PageRank doesn't work well in this
scenario too.

Discuss what issues you see as needing to be addressed in an organization in order to make organizational leadership changes more likely to be successful. As an industrial engineer, how can you influence the impact some of these changes might have on an organization’s overall quality management strategy?

Explain your reasoning in a complete sentence or two. (b) What is A, the incidence matrix of「 (c) By the Perron Frobenius Theorem, A has a unique largest eigenvalue. Use our iterative methods to approximate an eigenvector for the maximal eigenvalue. Use GeoGebra Give each entry of the eigenvector correct to...

This discussion question should be addressed in these three steps: 1. Discuss how a manager can control employees to make necessary changes in an HCO. 2. How do you feel about using intuition rather than rational thinking to make decisions? 3. Compare and contrast radical change and incremental change. 4. Discuss how nonverbal communication is important for managers
