Please see the above link and comment on this exercise. Specifically, given the tenets of chapter 2, I want you to explain whether or not you agree with Dr. Baldwin's assertion that self esteem can be improved with practice by using these game. Do you agree with him? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes , Self - esteem can be improved with practice . If a person is consistenly make effort for developing positive habits , avoid surroundings of negetive people , set ownself challenge , Learn to be assertive , focus own goal , be mindful then ofcource ,he develop good self-esteem. i agree that Dr Baldwin assertion that self-esteem can be improved with practice by using these game. Because , generally our self - esteem getting low due to distraction of unaceptable things . So, it helps to develop habit which reduce attention towards non - acepted things . This games helps with low self esteem people to looking for acceptance and ignoring rejection .
