slope of line A = \Deltay / \Deltax = 6 - 0 / 5.9 - 1.5 = 1.36

slope of line B = \Deltay / \Deltax = 5.8 - 2 / 15 - 6 = 0.4222

Note that I just estimates the values using given scale. The method and concept remains the same

A) It looks like a straight line from t = 2 and t = 4

so,

slope = average velocity = 3 - 0.9 / 2 = 1.05 m/s

B)

instantaneous velocity = 7 - 3 / 8- 3
