Cosidering voltage drp across LED diode be 1.8V.

Then applying KVL to collector circuit

VCC - 1.8 - I x Rc - VCE = 0

10 - 1.8 - 330I - VCE(sat) = 0

I = 8/330

= 24.24 mA
