EXPLANATION : AT point B economy can produce ( 70 WASHER , 40 DRYER )

If we move to point A economy can produce ( 50 WASHER , 60 DRYER ) SEE DIAGRAM.

Production of WASHER DECREASE ( 70 to 50 ) which means i give up 20 WASHER.

Production of DRYER INCREASE ( 40 to 60 ) which means gain 20 DRYERS .
