thetamin = arcsine (wavelength / width of slit)
= arcsine (speed of light / (frequency * width of slit) )

= sin^(-1)(3*10^8/(800*10^6 * 13))

= sin^(-1)(0.0289)

= 1.6530

That is the angle between the central max and the first minimum
