Rude customers can often be seen in any business and are very tough to handle. For example a customer comes to our company and when the order that needs to be given is not up to the mark they start shouting. This behaviour will not solve the problem and in turn increases it. The employee needs to handle the customer with patience and try to explain them the position. Neither the customer not the employee ar ebenefitted from rude behaviour and it is not a correct way to behave . Handling these customers is also a skill and it is a must in the field of business.
