Lorena is a 25-year-old married woman, daughter of a very severe father and eldest daughter of her parents. She is the daughter of extremely dogmatic parents religiously and was raised under many myths about sexuality. When he was 14 he fell in love for the first time with a 16-year-old boy and they saw each other when they left school near the neighborhood. On one occasion her father found her kissing with him in a park near his house. The father embarrassed her and forbade her to see more with the young man. He gave him messages that what he was doing was an immoral behavior and not typical of a girl. From this moment Lorena has seen the sexual experience as one that should not be pleasant and that is sinful. She is currently having problems with her husband in the area of ​​sexuality, since she maintains many taboos that do not allow her to enjoy sexuality with her husband. This is the second visit she makes to the therapist and she still does not speak clearly about her perception of sexuality and her relationship with her husband.
• How would you react (as a therapist) to Lorena's feelings toward you from not sharing enough personal information about your situation?
• How would you work with the sexual inhibitions present in Ruth's case accompanied by feelings of guilt and shame in the sexual area?

INTRODUCTION

In the case of Lorena, sexuality was a sin because of this the thing she was taught from her teens through her father and also bought up under the very dogmatic parents, that is the reason she is not free to express her feeling with anyone and that is what happens with her while taking session. This is the main reason that she is not able to give her full attention to marriage and her sexual life. In this case psychoanalysis therapy, a therapist can use as follow:-

• How would you react (as a therapist) to Lorena's feelings toward you from not sharing enough personal information about your situation?

Answer. Being a therapist I will remain neutral and empathic toward the feeling of Lorena without getting judgemental at all. Then I will try to build rapport with her so that she became a bit comform=table with me and feel like talking about usual things and that will open one step to move to her personal information. There is no need to hurry to open all of her details it will take time to understand her unconscious suppressed thought.

• How would you work with the sexual inhibitions present in Ruth's case accompanied by feelings of guilt and shame in the sexual area?

Answer. I will not talk directly in such case because that can make her uncomfortable and shameful, I will try to deal with her with the medium of storytelling and asking her for open-end questions, ask well I will try to communicate with her with asking her opinion so that I will able to know her thought and view which is suppressed in her mind. And I will able to change her thought process with the help of cognitive behavior therapy.

• If the aid process continues, what areas would you continue to work with Ruth to help her overcome her shame towards sexuality?

Answer. I will first deal with her unconsciously suppressed insecurity and what is thought in the past to make her know to the reality of her learned behavior and demand of her present life. Then, I will discuss with her husband to help her to come over this situation as she had a temporary problem which can be solved with compassion and love and with Lorena about the relationship she is having with her husband and will try to make correction in misconceptions happen in her suppressed thought so that she will able to think in right way.
