Answer #1

AlF3 ---- > Al3+ + 3F-

Al3+ + 3e- ---> Al

Number of moles of Al metal = 95.3 g / 27.0 g.mol^-1 = 3.53 mole

1 mole of Al metal requires 3 mole of electron

3.53 mole of Al metal will requie

= 3.53 mole of Al metal *(3 mole of electron/1 mole of Al metal)

= 10.59 mole of electron will be required.

Therefore, the number of moles of electrons required are 10.59 mole
