In the question, X double bar =705, R bar =8

UCL X bar = X double bar + A2* R bar =705+0.308*8 =707.464 mL

LCL X bar = X double bar - A2* R bar =705-0.308*8 =702.536 mL

UCL R = D4*R bar =1.777*8=14.216 mL

LCL R= D3*Rbar=0.223*8 =1.784 mL
