For having same melting points, the isomers should have same chemical environment and same physical properties (except for their ability to rotate polarized light). Enantiomers are isomers that are mirror images of each other and have the same melting points because they have the same chemical environments and physical properties. Therefore, (+)-Tartaric Acid and (-)-Tartaric Acid are enantiomers which have same melting points.
