As the Communism collapsed in Russia, the legal system which was
implemented in today's society was not up to the mark and field to
compete with the economic as well as social changes. This type of
transition into market economy without a proper presence of a legal
structure for protecting the property rights of individuals as well
as in forcing the contract as well as settling the business dispute
while maintaining harmony in the society. Criminal organisations
rise to their full showing. As many of the businessman in Russia
started to depend on private protection services in exchange of 15
to 20% of the total value of the company's total gross
earning.
Many gangs were operating in Russia which is also a major concern
as Businessman used to take protection from the different
organisations usually acting as an criminal organisation. Without
any proper registration or licences many of the people living
inside Russia take the justice on their own hands and formation of
the Mafia was initiated.
When people in Russia felt the power of working to The Wrong side
without any specific law to protect the civilians, organised crimes
were born. Many organisational criminal activities directly reduce
the overall impact of legal systems as well as increase the control
of Mafia over the Russian society creating a basic structure of
organised crime initiation.
Organisational must have florist even if the pirate capitalism shouldn't have collapsed. As the rate of inclusion of the organised crime was already present in the pirate capitalism for Russia, overall growth of organisation Prime was relatively low as compared to the fall of pirate capitalism. This type of approach would'nt have saved russia to get into the hands of the organised crime.
