Answer #1

My most memorable experience with formally organised physical activity is hiking club trip.

For me it is most enjoyable because it helps me connect with my nature and to my body.

2)My most memorable experience with informally organised physical activity is working at a local gym.

3)I remember this experience as most rewarding.Because due to the stress of education and many other things which we face in our younger time hiking and working at the gym used to by favourite experience. The experience are my fresh air when I am being stressed.

4)For me hiking is most rewarding because it connected me with nature and also gave me a good exercise. It gave me peace and calmness.

5)My sister followed me for my most memorable experience.

6)I think other participants shared my views because as I said above my sister followed me and she share my views. We both enjoy nature very much and try to spend our time exploring the nature.

7)For me excel is when a person gave there 100 % for everything they do and for me if a person acheived it or not doesn't matter because they done everything they can.

Fail means not doing anything and dreaming of acheiving everything.

The person who excelled is enjoyed every moment during the activity even if he is not able to keep up with others during the activity.

The person who failed is the one who complained about everything while he is in the activity.

8)The first person excelled because he worked towards his goal and completed his activity even when he is not able to keep up with others. He did not leave his motivation and worked towards the end.

The second person failed because he did not done anything to acheive his goal but complained about everything in place of working towards it.

9)The first person perceived himself the same way I do because he worked towards it untill he is done. But the second person did not perceived himself like me and he didn't down anything to acheive his gaol and complete the activity.

Someone from my past.

10)Because they didn't think that the physical activity give them anything in return and though that it is waste of time.

11)I argued about the positive aspects of the activities.

12)I would calmly explain the positive things we can gain if we spend some time away from work and education which will help us to refresh.
