Down the group as the size of atom increases van der wall forces also increases due to which boiling point increases down the group , according which Ccl4 should have the least boiing boint but it is not so ...

Ccl4 has a higher boiling point than Sicl4 due to comparatively higher electronegativity difference in Carbon chloride bond than Silicon chloride bond due to which carbon chloride bond is more polar than Silicon chloride bond which results in strong intermolecular forces of attraction and thus more hard to break and has relatively more boiling point.
