E=cB

\vec S=\frac{\vec E\times\vec B}{\mu_0}

Then, the amplitude term corresponding to the above form is,

S_0=\frac{EB}{\mu_0}\\ =\frac{cB\times B}{\mu_0}\\ =\frac{cB^2}{\mu_0}
