Answer #1

1. Amazon links a way of entry into foreign trade. It should depend upon a severe analysis of our organization’s risk-return tradeoff. The risk-return tradeoff describes that the possible return rises with a rise in risk. Single link levels unpredictability have low likely returns. High levels of unpredictability or risk have high possible returns. As per the risk-return tradeoff, funded money can give higher profits only if the funder will get better chances of loss. Business is not a roses bed, so we have to take the risk if we want success; therefore, according to my company, take the right approach.

2. Before implementing any plan, every company thinks about its risk strategy. If, in case, due to some reasons, there is any threat, then we must have a fallback option. So, Yes, amazon associates have an exit strategy. It is better to recall that exit strategy must be determined before entry into the foreign market, rather than after entry. Each complexity goes into backside activities, from inbound trading tactics, making social signals to email push and blog effort. Our organization's exit strategy is who we want to constitute us during an exit and belief about it and ready for it before we exit. Plus, we should think about activities after we have left the organization.
