7day ADR average

=Average revenue earned from rooms÷number of rooms sold

Average revenue earned from rooms= 23674+24157+28896+29799+31605+27027+ 30492= $195650

Number of rooms sold= (350×76%)+(350×58%)+

(350×64%)+(350×66%)+(350×70%)+(350×78%)+

(350×88%)= 1750

7day ADR average= $195650÷1750= $111
