In organizational communication research, organizational
policies is the study of relationships within an organization. The

People do not have a rational attitude, usually do not have access
to all the information needed to make rational decisions that they
can make, so will make irrational decisions unless there are some
breakdowns in the communication process - that It is common. Lazy
people think about how they will justify their communication
measures, whether it makes sense or not.
Formal logic and verifiable data must actually be the basis on
which any theory is based. What we need to understand clearly is
that communication within an organization is: (a) observable and
reproducible behaviors that can be transformed into variables
through a number of measurement forms; and (b) repetitive syllables
to be able to extend the theory of observed data to groups and
other settings
Communication is a mechanical process in which messages are
constructed and encoded by the sender, transmitted through the
channel, and then received and decoded by the receiver. Distortions
that show the difference between the original message and the
received message can and should be identified and minimized or
deleted.
An organization is a mechanical object that parts (including
employees who play in certain roles) can change. What works in one
organization will work in another similar organization. Individual
differences can be minimized or eliminated by careful management
techniques.
The unit functions like a container where communication takes
place. Any differences in the form or function of communication
between what happens in a given organization and in other places
can be identified and studied as factors influencing communication
activities.
