policies that are meant to deliver performance from their
employees. It should start with the development of organizational
culture that will be given to the employees to work and perform. It
involves the team dynamics and team culture based on values and
mutual learning. The second aspects to be covered in the
organizational policies, should focus upon the effective training
and development program, designed for the employees so that they
can meet the expectations of the performance. Not doing so, will
make it very difficult for the employees to perform at the
benchmark level. Further, the next thing to the considered are the
parameters of the performance that is not only about contribution
in output or sales. Rather, aspects such as ethical behavior,
developing value based relations with the clients and sharing
