Attitude plays a very important role in the selection procedure. A person may have a sound technical knowledge but if the person doesn't have a proper attitude towards the organization or towards the other employee he may not be selected because before the individual goal organization goal comes and for achieving the organizational goal its the requirement of the effort of the team not the individual effort thus a person should have a proper attitude so that they can get gel up in the organization properly.
