Answer- No,

antibodies are not produced by B-cell until they encounter the antigen. Rh factor is a transmembrane protein that is present on the red blood cells. If someone is Rh negative means the protein (Rh) is absent on surface of RBC. Now if Rh negative person receives a blood transfusion having this protein ( Rh factor) our immune system consider it as foreign particle and generate antibodies against antigen. So we don't carry antibodies for Rh antigen, instead it is synthesized by B- cells once we encounter the antigen.
