Reason ; In order to find only the presence of antibody in the blood circulation and does not have any focus on either the virus or antigen material, the above mentioned test would be the appropriate option to carry out the process. Other listed test have different functions than the above mentioned test do.

2. Answer; A) Acute HIV infection.

Reason ; If a person shows initial stage of signs or symptoms regarding these disease, then the person would be referred as the above mentioned stage. These stage will lead to latent stage where the person can not show or manifest any kind of symptoms related with these symptoms. and the later symptoms would not be considered as a initial manifestation. Therefore the above mentioned stage would be the appropriate one.
