A) Right- tailed

As the claim P≥0.39 i.e. the alternative hypothesis is right tailed ( as it contains greater than sign) so, the hypothesis test is right tailed.

B)As alternative hypothesis is right tailed so,

P-value= P( Z≥0.20)= 1-P( Z<0.20)= 1- 0.5793= 0.4207

( Using normal table)

C) P- value(= 0.4207 ) >alpha(=0.05) so, we don't reject H0.

Or

Fail to reject the null hypothesis.
