This would mean that they use the carton characters that the children watch in popular tv shows in order to create a sense of belonging and an urge to identify with the product. Children do not have the mental ability or reasoning ability to differentiate between an advertisement and the real world which would lead them to believe everything that’s been told in the advertisements. It’s a descriptive issue since it brings out how the real world of advertisement works. This is why they also use more celebrities to promote their products since people would love to buy the products just because their favorite celebrity endorses them. Nevertheless, it’s not only morally wrong to attract children with false promises but it is also a health related issue which the societies should attend and stop.
