S = 1 / [ (1-f) + (f/k) ]

Where,

f = 40/100 = 0.40

k = (150 + 100)/100 = 2.5

S = 1 / [ (1 - 0.4) + (0.4 / 2.5)]

S = 1.31578947368

percentage improvement = 100*(1-1/S)

=> 24%
